Description
In this written evaluation of a formative assessment, a self-evaluated quiz, situated in the online learning environment of an online college course, Psychology 316, I explore the theoretical underpinnings that make the self-, on-time, and feedback assessment successful for learning. We can explore the best assessments necessary for the learning and knowledge transfer your students need.

Rationale
This detailed evaluation demonstrates my understanding of theory and its application to the development and implementation of teaching and learning strategies: in this case, specifically as it relates to using assessment for the continuation of learning instead of merely the measurement of what may have been learned or retained.
